Tactics
Blitzkrieg
The Blitzkrieg was a German tactic developed during the Spanish civil war. The word “Blitzkrieg” is German and means lightning war. In this tactic the German forces concentrated their fire power on one point of the enemy line and broke through, which disorganized them and brought the Germans an advantage to surround their enemy. Wolf pack
The “wolf pack” tactic was a submarine tactic used by the United States during the war. The idea United States had with that tactic was to coordinate big groups of submarines to attack enemy shipping convoys. The United States mostly used this attack at the pacific theater to attack Japanese ships.
